Fall Meeting: Oct. 17, 10am, 2026
The Annual General Membership Meeting will be held on SATURDAY, OCT. 17, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in the Clubhouse. The agenda was emailed to all owners as well as a Proxy for those who may be unable to attend, but wish to have their vote counted at the meeting. Members signed up to receive notices by mail will receive these documents via USP. Please email us if you did not see these documents.

Our own neighbor, Chris Hanlon, has taken some spectacular photos of the wildlife in our community. His photography is quite beautiful and he's managed to capture everything including bald Eagles, foxes, and even a few humans. Take a look at our Guest Gallery.
A New Option for Trash Service
Our current service, Casella, was sold to a large corporation, and customer service has been lacking. We were approached by a smaller, local garbage service called ADS. Their rates are a little cheaper. You do not have to switch your service. We all like to keep the trucks to a minimum, and it would be nice to have just one service to keep road use to a minimum.
